The HPP KEFA 600MPa is an ultra – high hydrostatic pressure machine that can, without the use of thermal methods or preservatives, impart a commercial sterility to the packaged product. This sterility is able to maintain all the fresh characteristics and organoleptic properties, thus extending the life of the product, giving it a “green” label.
The 600MPa series is made of high quality steel layers and corrosion resistant steel plug.
