PAPERSEAL® By G.Mondini

"Sustainability" originally referred to the use of natural, renewable resources that people would exploit at a slower rate than being renewed so that they could be exploited in the future. The first area of sustainability concerned Forestry. In other words, healthy ecosystems and environments are essential for the survival of future generations. That is why we use renewable energy sources, recycled raw materials and produce recyclable products, reducing pollutants, replacing plastic containers with paper, etc., thus contributing to the global effort to preserve healthy ecosystems and the environment. With the new PAPERSEAL® packaging and the unique Platform Technology we can achieve this.

Trave ZERO® Technology

Initiatives to promote sustainable food are proliferating mainly globally but also nationally and locally. Many companies involved in the food industry have complied with international directives and produce environmentally friendly products in order to avoid global pollution. Waste sealing film frame has been identified as a key issue by users of container sealing technology where significant savings could be made. G. Mondini responded by developing Zero® technology that offers these film savings and improves process functionality. The new process included the redesign of the film transfer system and a new mold cutting system that will save up to 25% on the use of the sealing film.

Plus Pack Aluminum tray

Aluminum is recycled forever and fits perfectly into a circular economy. In a circular economy, waste is treated as a resource and converted into valuable raw materials that can be reused for new products. If you want to support a circular economy and position yourself as a sustainable company that uses fully recyclable materials you have to move to aluminum. It is the only packaging material that is 100% recycled. Aluminum does not disappear. In fact, 75% of the aluminum ever produced is still in use. Some retailers in Europe have already moved their ready meals from plastic to aluminum. Today aluminum is the only material that is actually recycled regardless of food application.
