I.DEA PACK produces THERMOFORMING and THERMAL CLOSING MACHINES, capable of welding all types of trays (aluminum, PP and PE) even with modified atmosphere (MAP) Skin, and also installs complete lines for any type of product.

I.DEA PACK produces a complete set of denesters, dosers and end-of-line in order to create any type of packaging required, without any limitation in the case of solid, liquid and semi-liquid products.

The product range of I.DEA PACK allows the closure in modified atmosphere with rhythms up to 13 cycles per minute, with 8/10 trays per cycle, This allows packaging solutions up to 6,000 / 8,000 trays per hour.
