K101 Fresh Produce Sleever

The K101 Tray Sleever is a fully-automatic continuous motion tray sleever that inserts  a variety of tray or pot formats into pre-glued sleeves at speeds up to 60 packs per minute. The new K101NW has been developed to run narrow width trays.

The automatic K101 Tray Sleever extension can work with the innovative paper trays “PaperSeal” to reduce plastic. These trays can be used for packing all kinds of food even for use in the oven. It can also work with new generation aluminum containers “Ready2Cook”, but also conventional plastic containers PP, PET etc,

Additionally, , you can combine the K101 Tray Sleever with the Automatic Traysealer TRAVE and fillers of  G.Mondini. You can also combine them with control and weighing systems.
