K101S Autosleeve & K101SXL Autosleeve
The K101S Tray Sleever is a fully-automatic continuous motion tray sleever that inserts a variety of tray or pot formats into pre-glued sleeves at speeds up to 80 packs per minute.
The automatic K101S Tray Sleever extension can work with the innovative paper trays “PaperSeal” to reduce plastic. These trays can be used for packing all kinds of food even for use in the oven. It can also work with new generation aluminum containers “Ready2Cook”, but also conventional plastic containers PP, PET etc,
Additionally, , you can combine the K101S Tray Sleever with the Automatic Traysealer TRAVE and fillers of G.Mondini. You can also combine them with control and weighing systems.

The K101SXL is offered to run larger sized sleeves and trays. It offers higher running speeds than the K101 for small trays with the flexibility of also being able to run larger trays, thus future proofing our customers’ business.
