K50F Extended Pitch
The Keymac K50F Extended Pitch Sleever is an auto sleeving machine suitable for running large trays at speeds up to 30-35 packs per minute.
The automatic K50F with Pitch Sleever extension can work with the innovative paper trays “PaperSeal” to reduce plastic. These trays can be used for packing all kinds of food even for use in the oven. It can also work with new generation aluminum containers “Ready2Cook”, but also conventional plastic containers PP, PET etc,
Additionally, , you can combine the K50F Extended Pitch Sleever with the Automatic Traysealer TRAVE and fillers of G.Mondini. You can also combine them with control and weighing systems.

The fully automatic machine is capable of inserting trays or tubs in square, round and oval shapes into pre-glued sleeves. Size changes can be achieved in less than 5 min. The machine’s simple design results in low maintenance requirements.
